Lydia 

I am a storyteller based out of San Francisco, California. I grew up in Central Florida and studied in Washington DC before driving across the country in a Toyota. 

There’s something in all of us that ceaselessly tries to hold on to the most intangible of all – time. We have our own ways of marking it, and mine is through making photographs. Photography helps me rationalize an incomprehensible world by connecting deeply with people and environment. It also brings me joy. I hope you see a little bit of that in my work

When I am not taking pictures, I am probably looking at art with friends (a proud SFMOMA member), riding around the Bay Area on my bike, or eating something fun.
